Detail Site Pro provides professional auto detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior washing, paint care, and related vehicle appearance services. Service availability may vary based on location, vehicle condition, and weather.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments may require confirmation. You agree to provide accurate contact information and vehicle details. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unsafe conditions, weather, or vehicle condition.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to remove personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or special conditions may require additional charges.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]. We may offer adjustments at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Detail Site Pro is not liable for pre-existing damage, weak or failing parts, electronic malfunctions, aftermarket modifications, or deterioration caused by age or neglect. All services are performed at your own risk.
